The Carol Stream Youth Travel Basketball Association (CSYTBA) began in 2011 as a volunteer advisory committee working with the Carol Stream Park District to provide a travel basketball program for the youth of Carol Stream. In March of 2012 the CSYTBA was granted affiliate status by the Carol Stream Park District and began operating as an independent organization. During our first season (2012/2013) as an affiliate we offered four teams: 4th through 6th grade boys and 5th and 6th grade girls.

With the opening of the Fountain View Recreation Center our plans are to expand our offering to include boys and girls teams 4ththrough 8th grades.

The CSYTBA mission is simply "To create a fun, challenging and competitive environment in order to teach the youth of Carol Stream the sport of basketball.”
